Kevin Williamson

CEO

With over 26 years in the transportation and supply chain industry and as a second-generation owner, Kevin Williamson is the Chief Executive Officer of RJW Logistics Group where he oversees 1,000+ employees, multiple business units and revenue streams, and a rapidly growing retail logistics operation.

 

Kevin joined RJW’s Transport Operations division in June of 1994 before transitioning into a sales leadership role in 2000 where he spent the subsequent ten years helping to grow the department and define its goals. Following the retirement of his parents, Kevin assumed the role of CEO in 2010. Under his leadership, the company has expanded beyond traditional transportation and logistics to become a leader in retail consolidation and fulfillment, which has resulted in significant company revenue growth each of the past six years.

Condy Dixon

COO

Condy Dixon has over 25 years of experience in the Transportation and Logistics Industry, currently serving as the COO of RJW Logistics Group for the past eight years where he is responsible for all Asset, Light Asset, Logistics, and Warehouse operations. Prior to joining RJW, he held executive positions in both Sales and Operations for major transportation companies like Roadway Express, Overnight Transportation, Roadrunner Dawes Transport, Inc., and Roadlink.

 

Mr. Dixon attended college at Washington University in Saint Louis, and has a B.S.B.A. degree in Business and Public Administration.

 

In his spare time, he enjoys golf, boating, and spending time with his family.

Todd Davenport

CFO

Todd Davenport was named Chief Financial Officer of RJW Logistics Group in March 2020.  He is responsible for financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, and risk management.

 

Prior to joining RJW, Mr. Davenport spent 20 years at Brunswick Corporation. He held leadership roles in Corporate Finance, as well as Operational Finance where he served as CFO for two different business segments.

 

Mr. Davenport graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in finance and earned his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Ryan Pikus

CIO

Ryan Pikus serves as the Chief Information Officer of RJW Logistics Group where he is responsible for the entire IT organization, including software engineering, security, data engineering, infrastructure, project management, business systems, and integrations.

 

Ryan has spent his entire career in Information Technology and Software Development. Over the past 15 years, Ryan has built comprehensive IT organizations and has overseen the successful implementation of numerous technology-driven proprietary platforms. Prior to his current role, he held various senior IT leadership positions at large publicly traded transportation and supply chain companies.

 

Ryan holds a Bachelor and Master of Science in Information Systems from DePaul University in Chicago, IL.

Adam Johnson

Chief Commercial Officer

With 18 years of experience in supply chain, and 11 years with RJW Logistics Group, Adam proudly serves as the Chief Commercial Officer. He is responsible for supporting the sales team’s efforts to generate new business, as well as the business development team’s focus on maintaining engagement with our valued and growing customer base.

 

Adam has a BA in Marketing and has held sales positions in logistics throughout his career. Early on he recognized the value in having a strong operational knowledge and in identifying common goals between internal departments to ultimately take care of the customer.

 

Adam is a proud husband and father of two young children residing in the suburbs of Chicago. He spends his free time playing golf and music.

Greg Forbis

EVP, Strategy & Business Development

With more than 30 years of supply chain experience, Greg Forbis serves as Executive Vice President, Strategy and Business Development for RJW Logistics Group where he is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with clients and partners.

 

Prior to his current role, Greg held various positions with Walmart and Sam’s Club for 30 years, joining in 1989 in Internal Audit, Finance, and Systems. In 1998, Greg was promoted to Senior Director of Sam’s Club Distribution and Logistics, responsible for the inbound supply chain and distribution center network. In 2005, Greg became Senior Director of General Merchandise Inbound Transportation, where he handled merchandise flow from suppliers to distribution centers for both Walmart and Sam’s Club, and also led Walmart’s internal less-than-truckload consolidation network. In 2016, Greg became Senior Director and Regional Transportation Manager for Walmart’s Private Fleet leading teams responsible for dispatching more than 8,700 Walmart Private Fleet drivers.

Naysa Hernandez

CHRO

Naysa Aparicio-Hernandez is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at RJW Logistics Group, where she directs the successful administration of the HR function, staffing goals, and strategies to support productive and profitable business operations.

 

Naysa has more than 20 years of experience in HR and has worked in various industries including logistics, manufacturing, and IT. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Relations from the Universidad Católica Andres Bello in Venezuela and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources Management (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) in the U.S.

 

When she is not in strategic planning meetings, Naysa enjoys baking and traveling with her family. She is also active in the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Kyle Magolan

VP, Warehouse Operations

With more than 20 years of distribution and fulfillment experience, Kyle Magolan serves as Vice President, Warehouse Operations for RJW Logistics Group where he is responsible for strategic leadership and continuous improvement across the network. Kyle has spent the past 3+ years at RJW developing the people, processes, and systems required to support RJW’s high-volume fulfillment operations.

 

Prior to his current role, Kyle held various leadership positions with Radial (Ebay) beginning in 2002 as Senior Director, Operations & Client Experience where he was responsible for a campus of highly automated, fast paced e-commerce fulfillment facilities. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management from Wisconsin-Whitewater, as well as a Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management from Elmhurst University.

Leigh Baker

CMO

Leigh Baker currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer for RJW Logistics Group where she is responsible for overseeing branding, promotional, advertising, and partnership-related initiatives that generate awareness and drive value and growth for the company.

 

Prior to her role at RJW, Leigh spent 10+ years in various marketing positions in New York City and Washington D.C., including leadership roles at two national insurance companies, and brand partnership positions at well-known magazines, such as InStyle and Adweek, developing and executing award-winning integrated marketing programs for advertisers.

 

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Marymount Manhattan College in Communication Arts and International Studies. In her free time, she can be found enjoying an active lifestyle, trying new Chicago restaurants, and traveling.

Michael Link

EVP, Retail Logistics

With over 15 years in the logistics and transportation industry, Michael Link serves as the Executive Vice President of Retail Logistics at RJW Logistics Group. His responsibilities include consolidation planning, account management, and operations.

 

Michael has a Bachelor’s in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Iowa. Prior to joining RJW in April 2021, Michael worked in the non-asset space, specializing in LTL consolidation and mode conversion to help clients improve on-time performance while cutting costs.

 

In his free time, Michael enjoys going on bicycle rides and playing games with his wife and four children.
