McCall will play a key role in supporting RJW’s strategic initiatives and accelerating its growth trajectory.
During his 30-year career at Walmart, McCall advanced through a variety of leadership roles before becoming Walmart’s Chief Merchandising Officer. In that role, he led merchandising activities across all categories including stores and digital e-commerce. Throughout his career, he was the Senior Vice President of Consumables, Health & Wellness, Electronics, Media, Gaming, Toys, and Home; he was also the Vice President of Toys, Hardware, and a buyer in Lawn & Garden.
