Maggie Turner: Recognized as a SDCE Rising Star, Maggie Turner has played a pivotal role in advancing RJW’s retail consolidation program and strengthening collaboration with today’s top retailers. She joined RJW in January 2023 as VP of Retail Operations, where she strengthened account management practices, deepened retailer relationships and accelerated the program’s growth through the implementation of proprietary technology. Promoted to Executive VP of Logistics in January 2025, Turner continues to drive innovation and integration across the organization. In this role, she oversees the rollout of RJW’s proprietary software, implements comprehensive team training to support adoption and conducts reviews of account management programs to eliminate inefficiencies and elevate the customer experience.
