RJW Enrolled to Participate in New Prepaid Consolidation Program
ROMEOVILLE, IL (May 27, 2026) – RJW Logistics Group (“RJW or “the Company”), a leading provider of retail logistics solutions for consumer packaged goods companies, announced today it has been enrolled as a Participating Provider in Walmart’s new national Prepaid Consolidation Program. RJW’s proven operational excellence, industry-leading performance record and innovative technology advancements led to its enrollment as one of three third-party logistics providers (3PLs) trusted to support Walmart’s new initiative.
The Prepaid Consolidation Program is a new, optional Walmart model designed to simplify how suppliers ship inventory. This program is part of Walmart’s broader supply chain strategy to strengthen Every Day Low Cost (EDLC) and improve product availability by driving efficiencies, simplifying operational complexity and enhancing in-stock performance across its network. The program enables suppliers to receive a single National Purchase Order and ship to a single Automated Consolidation Center (ACC), instead of shipping against multiple purchase orders to 42 Walmart Regional Distribution Centers. Walmart manages distribution dynamically allocating inventory across its network to improve flow, consistency and availability at store shelves.
Participation in the program provides suppliers with access to Walmart’s consolidation infrastructure through either direct engagement or Participating Providers like RJW. The model is supported by a transparent, per-case rate structure covering handling and outbound transportation from the ACC to regional distribution centers, offering greater cost clarity and predictability.
