RJW Logistics Group Grows National Retail Logistics Footprint with Dallas Expansion 

ROMEOVILLE, IL (July 8, 2026) – RJW Logistics Group, Inc. (“RJW or “the Company”), a leading provider of retail logistics solutions for CPG companies, announced today the acquisition of a new 904,495 square-foot warehouse, establishing its fourth location in the greater Dallas area. Since entering the Dallas market in 2023, RJW has strategically expanded its presence in the region, creating a scalable logistics campus designed to support the evolving needs of today’s CPG suppliers.

RJW’s Forney facility, the Company’s fourth warehouse in the greater Dallas area, will support approximately 100 CPG customers. Located within one of the nation’s busiest transportation corridors, the facility further expands RJW’s Southern footprint to more than 2.6 million square feet and 1,000 jobs statewide. This new warehouse addition strengthens the scale and operational capabilities of its rapidly growing coast-to-coast network.

RJW’s Forney, Texas facility will provide national retail consolidation services, in addition to value-added services, including labeling, packaging, barcoding and retailer-ready order preparation. Consistent with all RJW facilities, the Forney, Texas location will leverage state-of-the-art technologies that enable real-time inventory visibility, demand forecasting and AI-enable predictive analytics to deliver over 98% On-Time, 99% In-Full, with nearly 100% inventory accuracy performance.

Sustainability in Action: RJW is continuously advancing sustainability practices that minimize its customers’ environmental footprint. The Company’s facilities reflect this commitment through energy efficient building design, LED motion-sensor lighting, fully battery-powered forklift fleets, along with advanced infrastructure that supports future solar integration, EV charging and improved energy management. Beyond facility design, RJW’s leading Retail Consolidation Program eliminates an average of 34 LTL shipments through one consolidated shipment. RJW recycles over 1.8k tons annually across its network and its datacenter utilizes green power, saving approximately 718 kg of carbon output monthly.
