RJW Logistics Group Executives Honored for Driving Supply Chain Excellence
Naysa Aparicio-Hernandez and Jennifer Shorkey named top female supply chain leaders
ROMEOVILLE, IL (August 17, 2026) – RJW Logistics Group (‘RJW’ or ‘the Company’), a leading provider of retail logistics solutions for consumer-packaged goods companies, announced today that Naysa Aparicio-Hernandez, SVP of People Operations, and Jennifer Shorkey, EVP of Strategic Partnerships, have been honored with the 2026 Women in Supply Chain Award from Supply & Demand Chain Executive. This prestigious award recognizes female supply chain leaders and executives whose accomplishments, mentorship and examples set a foundation for women in all levels across the supply chain industry.
As Senior Vice President of People Operations, Aparicio-Hernandez leads RJW’s Human Resources, building the talent infrastructure to support the Company’s continued growth. During her nine years with RJW, she has played a pivotal role in RJW’s expansion, helping scale the organization from approximately 250 employees to more than 3,000 nationwide while transforming Human Resources into a strategic driver of business performance. Most recently, she has led initiatives to enhance employee development, strengthen safety and compliance and implement new performance management and talent acquisition systems that support the Company’s long-term success.
With a robust 25-year tenure at Walmart Inc., Shorkey brings deep expertise in retailer compliance, quality and supplier operations to RJW’s customers and internal teams. Since joining the company in 2022, Shorkey has built a best-in-class retailer compliance organization that supports more than 1,100 customers, helping brands navigate increasingly complex retailer requirements while improving supply chain performance. Most recently, she expanded her leadership responsibilities to include Quality Assurance, advanced certification initiatives and implemented data-driven technologies that enhance compliance and operational performance. Her expertise continues to help customers adapt to evolving retailer requirements while reinforcing RJW’s position as a trusted retail logistics partner.
