WOODRIDGE, IL (March 11, 2024) – RJW Logistics Group, a leading provider of retail logistics solutions for consumer-packaged goods companies, announced today that Condy Dixon, Chief Operating Officer, Jennifer Shorkey, EVP of Strategic Partnerships, and Michael Link, Chief Supply Chain Officer, have received the 2024 “Pros to Know” award from Supply & Demand Chain Executive. This prestigious award recognizes outstanding leaders who are reinventing what it means to be a supply chain expert.
Condy Dixon has over 35 years of experience in the Transportation and Logistics Industry. During his ten years at RJW, he has implemented strategic initiatives that have had a profound impact on RJW’s growth and operational efficiency. In 2023, he successfully oversaw the construction and buildout of three new warehouses, covering a total of 2,035,445 square feet. This included RJW’s first warehouse outside of Chicago, located in the greater Dallas area. Additionally, Condy played a pivotal role in coordinating appropriate staffing levels across the newly constructed warehouses, spearheading the design of a Transfer Policy to properly staff the Dallas facility and offer employees career growth and opportunity.
As a 24-year Walmart alum, Shorkey has brought her vast knowledge and industry experience to RJW’s internal teams and supplier network to broaden the understanding and execution of supply chain compliance requirements. With a focus on customer service and excellence, her diverse team of retail compliance management experts continue to help RJW customers meet and exceed retailer requirements. Citing the importance of “one-on-one contact”, Jennifer focuses on supporting and mentoring her team and educating the next generation.
As Chief Supply Chain Officer, Michael Link is responsible for consolidation planning and account management, as well as asset and logistics operations. He has led several significant initiatives aimed at optimizing RJW’s supply chain offerings and reducing its environmental impact. Link plays a pivotal role in innovation and technology to drive cost efficiency.
