CHALLENGE


A private label contract manufacturer was experiencing pain points with its existing 3PL provider, largely caused by a lack of transparency. They were shocked to see additional costs flooding in that had not been disclosed during its negotiating and contracting process. As the company’s retail broker Account Manager said, “It didn’t feel like we had a partnership with them. When issues arose, they wouldn’t work with us to help alleviate anything. There was no flexibility.” After suffering hidden fees, product damage, low performance at major retailers and lack of visibility into its supply chain, the company began its search for a new logistics partner.

Following a four-month search and vetting process for a seasoned Walmart 3PL, the manufacturer discovered RJW Logistics Group.
