RJW’s Walmart Retail Consolidation Program dramatically improved the Company’s On-Time, In-Full (OTIF) delivery performance – taking it from 60% to 98.5% in just eight months. This industry-leading performance drove a 20% increase in company performance in year one. Beyond realizing significant and lasting OTIF performance, the Company has also realized substantial cost savings through decreased transportation costs and compliance fines. Given the Company’s satisfaction with RJW’s Walmart Consolidation Program performance, it is now expanding into both RJW’s Sam’s Club and Kroger Retail Consolidation Programs.
